Mumbai/IBNS: Indian cricket captain Virat Kohli may not be in action on field due to the anti-Coronavirus lockdown but the right-handed batsman is well connected with his fans through social media.

Kohli on Sunday took to social media to share an old image of himself.

He captioned a post on Twitter saying, "Throwback."

Like 1.3 billion people of India, Kohli and his actress-producer wife Anushka Sharma are under the unprecedented, massive lockdown which is due to end on Jun 1.

Even before the lockdown, Indian Premier League (IPL), a mega T20 tournament hosted every year during summer in India, was postponed due to the Covid-19 spread.

Later the tournament's latest edition was postponed for an indefinite period of time.
