Sushil Kumar crashes out in first round of Asiad

Jakarta, Aug 19 (IBNS): Indian wrestler Sushil Kumar left his fans shocked when he was defeated in the opening round to crash out of the men's 74 kg freestyle category in the wrestling competition at the 18th Asian Games here on Sunday

Kumar suffered 3-5 defeat to Adam Batirov of Brunei. 

 

In the pre-quarterfinals,  Abdul Ghafar Qaderi of Afghanistan will now take on  Adam Batirov.

 

Kumar is known for his strong performances in Olympics.
