Skipper Virat Kohli shares interesting old image of himself, sets a new fitness goal for young followers

New Delhi, Oct 15 (IBNS): A fitness freak, Indian captain Virat Kohli has undergone major physical changes over the years.

Kohli himself shared an image on social media on Monday which reflected the change he has achieved over the years.

From a chubby boy, Kohli is today one of the fittest cricketers to play the game.

Kohli shared the image with an inspiring caption which read: " With focus and hard work, anything is possible. Keep working, keep believing. Have a super day everyone. 💪🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️."

Kohli on Sunday led his side to beat West Indies in the second Test.

India won the series 2-0.
