Sevilla extends Daniel Carriço's contract

Seville, Sept 15 (IBNS): Spanish football club Sevilla has extended Portuguese midfielder Daniel Carriço's contract till 2020.

His contract has been extended till 2022.

"Club Chairman José Castro and @D_Carrico making the centre-back's contract extension official! ," the club's official Twitter page posted.

According to reports, the footballer's previous contract was set to end at the finish of the current season.

The footballer arrived at Sevilla in 2013 and has played 112 games for the team.
