Serena Williams cruise to Australian Open final beating Agnieszka Radwanska

Melbourne, Jan 28 (IBNS) US Tennis star Serena Williams maintain her dominance on the court as she defeated Poland's Agnieszka Radwanska to cruise to the final of the women's singles event of the Australian Open here on Thursday.

Serena completely dominated the show as she took just 64 minutes to blow away her opponent 6-0 6-4  and march to the final of the first major Tennis event of the year.

Serena, who is aiming to defend her title,  completely hammered Radwanska in the first set.

In the second round, the Polish player tried to fight back but Serena tackled her challenges to win the set.

Serena will meet Angelique Kerber  of Germany in the final.

Kerber beat Britain's Johanna Konta  7-5 6-2 in Melbourne on her way to the final.
