SC replaces FS Nariman with Anil Dhavan for BCCI administrator search panel

New Delhi, Jan 3 (IBNS): The Supreme Court of India replaced Fali S Nariman with senior lawyer Anil Divan for suggesting names of Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) administrators, according to media reports on Tuesday.

Nariman told the three-judge Bench of Chief Justice T.S. Thakur and Justices A.M. Khanwilkar and D.Y. Chandrachudhad that he had represented BCCI in 2009 and therefore did not want to be part of the panel to choose the BCCI administrators, media reported.

Senior advocate Anil Divan, along with amicus Gopal Subramaniam, will decide on the administrative team of BCCI.
