Sandeep Yadav claims winning position with a total of 2-under 116 in the Golmuri Amateur
Jamshedpur, Sept 8 (IBNS): The sun shined bright on the 2nd day of the Golmuri Amateur – the 12th leg of the Eastern India Amateur Golf Feeder Tour. Sandeep Yadav, who was leading the score-board yesterday with a 2-under 57, bagged first place today with a total score of 116 in the Amateur category.
Armaan Parikh with a total of 118 (58, 60) claimed 2nd place followed by Sahil Kumar Singh who scored a total of 119 (59, 60).
Kanhai Prasad with a total score of 121 (58, 63) won the Mid-Amateur category, followed by Vijay Kumar and Chandra Bhan Singh scoring a total of 133 and 138, respectively.
Anisha Agarwalla scored a 65 as opposed to yesterday’s 67 and claimed the winning position in the Ladies Category with a total of 132. Placed 2nd is Geetika Ahuja who scored a total of 133 (65, 68), followed by Tanisha scoring a total of 138 (68, 70).
The Senior category was won by Ranadeep Moitra with a total of 128 (63, 65) followed by Vivek Kumar Rana scoring a total of 148 (76, 72).
H. Tikendrajit Singh with a total of 147 (76, 71) won the Super Senior category. He is followed by Pradip Das with a total of 164.
The Golmuri Amateur tournament is supported and hosted by Golmuri Club,Jamshedpur.
