S. Sabanayakan re-elected as president of CSJC

Kolkata, May 1 (IBNS): S. Sabanayakan of The Hindu and Purnendu Chakraborti of Dainik Statesman were re-elected as president and Hony. Secretary respectively of the Calcutta Sports Journalists' Club for another term at the annual general meeting at the club tent recently.

"Mr. Ratan Chakraborty of ABP is retained as the treasurer,"  Calcutta Sports Journalists' Club had said in a statement.

The following is the Executive Council for 2014-15

President: S. Sabanayakan (The Hindu).

Vice-Presidents: Dhiman Sarkar (Hindustan Times), Amitabha Das Sharma (The Hindu) and Tapan Dam (Sambad Pratidin).

Hony. Secretary: Purnendu Chakraborti (Dainik Statesman)

Hony. Asstt. Secretary: Archiman Bhaduri (The Times of India)

Treasurer: Ratan Chakraborty (ABP)

Council Members: Probal Chakraverti (UNI), Subhra Mukhopadhyay (Ganashakti), Dipak Patra (Sambad Pratidin), Munal Chattopadhya (Aajkaal).
