R Ashwin picks up three wickets in county clash

London, Aug 30 (IBNS): R Ashwin, who is currently playing county cricket in England for Worcestershire, has picked up three wickets in his debut match.

He picked up wickets in the match against Gloucestershire on Tuesday.

He has been rested for the ODI series between India and Sri Lanka.

He ended with a figure of three for 94 during the county match.

He picked up the wickets of Gareth Roderick, Kieran Noema-Barnett and Craig Miles.

County Championship tweeted: "ICYMI India international @ashwinravi99 took 3 wickets on his County Championship debut ."
