Pune, Apr 22 (IBNS): Slamming his critics, former Indian skipper MS Dhoni showed his class once again when he smashed unbeaten 34-ball 61 runs knock to ensure his Rising Pune Supergiant innings beat Sunrisers Hyderabad in an IPL match by six wickets here on Saturday.

After Sunrisers posted 176 runs for the loss of three wickets in their 20 overs, Pune batsmen came down charging and reached 179 runs by losing four wickets.

Dhoni was ruthless as he hammered five boundaries and three sixes in his knock that completely disturbed the opposition attack.

Rahul Tripathi added 59 runs with the bat. He hit six boundaries and three sixes in his innings.

Pune reached the target in 20 overs.

Earlier, riding on Moises Henriques' 28-ball 55 runs knock, Sunrisers posted competitive 176 runs on the scorecard.
