Mitali Raj to lead India women's team in Australia

Mumbai, Jan 8 (IBNS) The All-India Women Selection Committee of the BCCI met on Friday to pick the India women’s teams for Australia tour where it named Mitali Raj as the skipper of the side.

India women’s team is slated to play 3 ODIs and 3 T20Is from Jan 26 in Australia.

Mitali Raj will lead the team in Australia, while Jhulan Goswamy will act as her deputy.

ODI women’s team

Mithali Raj (capt), Jhulan Goswamy (vice capt), Smriti Mandhana, MD Thirushkamini, Harmanpreet Kaur, Veda Krishnamurthy, Shikha Pandey, Niranjana Nagarajan, Sushma Verma, Kalpana R, Ekta Bisht, Rajeshwari Gayakwad, Poonam Raut, Poonam Yadav, Sneh Rana

T20I women’s team
