Michael Bevan expresses desire to coach Australian squad

Melbourne, Sept 23 (IBNS): Former Australian ODI great Michael Bevan has expressed his wish to work with the current side.

Bevan has expressed his desire to be appointed in the batting coach role with Australia's current ODI team.

He tweeted: "@CricketAus would love to be considered for the role of ODI batting coach -where do I apply?— michael bevan."

Australia are currently playing ODI series in India.

In the five match series, they are currently 2-0 down.

Bevan played 232 ODIs with his batting average of 53.58.
