Sydney, Aug 14 (IBNS): Marcus Stoinis will play for Western Australia side in the first class cricket.

He returned to the home side after spending last four years at Victoria.

Coach Justin Langer was quoted as saying by Cricket Australia website: "We’re thrilled to have Marcus (Stoinis) coming home to West Australia, not only because he’s an extremely talented player but he’s a great character as well."

"Twelve players have been Australian representatives and that’s a great tribute to the program we’re running here at the WACA," he said.

"On paper, this side looks amazing, but it’s how we gel on the field that counts," the cricketer said.
