KKR beat DD by 13 runs
Posting 171 runs for the loss of seven wickets, KKR bowlers then restricted Delhi to 158 runs for six.
Shreyas Iyer (40), Angelo Mathews (22) and Saurabh Tiwary (24) made some crucial contributions which helped the side inch closer towards the victory.
Piyush Chawla turned out to be the key bowler for the KKR side as he picked up four wickets by giving away 32 runs in his four overs.
Local lad Manoj Tewari, who opened the batting for Delhi, contributed 25 with his willow but Chawla showed him the door outside the park before he could become dangerous with the willow.
Earlier, Yusuf Pathan smashed 24-ball 42 to help KKR post a competitive 171 runs on the scorecard.
He hit three boundaries and three sixes in his knock.
