Kidambi Srikanth wins Indonesian Open title
New Delhi, June 18 (IBNS): Creating history, Kidambi Srikanth defeated Kazumasa Sakai to win the men's singles Indonesian Open title on Sunday.
The Indian badminton player defeated his opponent 21-11, 21-19.
He became the first Indian player to win the title.
"Srikanth Kidambi beats Kazumasa Sakai 21-11, 21-19 and becomes the first Indian man to win #IndonesiaSSP. Time to rejoice," BAI Media tweeted.
