Jammu and Kashmir: VC CUS inaugurates T20 cricket tournament

Srinagar: Vice Chancellor Cluster University Srinagar, Prof. Qayoom Hussain today inaugurated Inter College T20 Men’s cricket tournament here at Amar Singh College Srinagar.

The tournament is being organised by the Sports Council Cluster University Srinagar.

While inaugurating the tournament, VC said that this will provide an opportunity for the sportspersons from constituent and affiliated colleges of the university to showcase their talent and compete with the best of the lot.

Speaking on the occasion, Secretary Sports Council, Cluster University Srinagar, Prof Tariq Ashai, who was also guest of the honour for the event said that the University is committed to providing National level sports infrastructure with a view to organising a high-end competition in the University to harness the potential of budding sportspersons.
