Colombo/IBNS: Indian captain Shikhar Dhawan won the toss and elected to bat first against Sri Lanka in the series-deciding third T20I here Thursday.

Sandeep Warrier is making his debut for India in this match, said Dhawan after the toss.

Sri Lanka have also made one change to their side by bringing in Pathum Nissanka in place of Isuru Udana.

While India had won the first T20I to take a 1-0 lead, Sri Lanka came back strong and squared the series in the second match Wednesday.

India are missing a number of players who are quarantined after the COVID-19 breakout in the squad.
