Hero I-League grassroots workshop concludes with Football Festival

New Delhi, Sept 16 (IBNS) The Hero I-League Grassroots Workshop which kicked-off on September 14, 2105 with an aim of harnessing grassroots through educating grassroots instructors and coaches of various clubs, who in-turn will develop grassroots football in their respective areas, concluded on Wednesday in New Delhi.

The Workshop which witnessed the participation of 31 Hero I-League and 2nd division club coaches was concluded with a grassroots festival wherein 140 kids of various age-groups indulged in Football related activities.
 
“The passion, enthusiasm and commitment of the participants are commendable enough. I hope they can impart what they have learnt from this Course in their respective communities and Football centers,” AIFF’s Technical Director, Scott O’Donell, who was the course instructor of the abovementioned course told www.the-aiff.com

“It was great to see the level of dedication which the participants showcased during the Course”, he added.
