French Open: Maria Sharapova reaches final

New Delhi, June 5 (IBNS): Russian Tennis star Maria Sharapova has reached the final of the French Open by beating Eugenie Bouchard of Canada in the semi-final of the women's singles event here on Thursday.

Sharapova defeated her opponent  4-6 7-5 6-2.

With a set down, Sharapova fought hard to win the next two rounds and reach the final.

She had won the title in 2012.
