Fever 104 FM Kolkata inaugurates city's biggest 'Football Fan Park'

Kolkata, July 5 (IBNS) Fever 104 FM Kolkata organized a unique international football fan park concept in India turning the EDF ground, on Prince Anwar Shah Road in the city, into a soccer hotspot for the rest of World Cup with giant LED screens beaming the beautiful game.

Football enthusiasts in large number turned up on Friday to enjoy the game with all fervor at the park.

The Fan Park was inaugurated t by footballer Chima Okerie and actress Sudipta Chakraborty. Kolkatans can now enjoy this game till the finals. All matches will be screened on a giant LED screen.

This on-ground football festival will not only see live match screening, but will also have other attractions like participating in football matches, face painters & tattoo artists. All of this can be enjoyed with Country fan zones, food & beverage stalls. Fever 104 FM RJs will be conducting fun filled activity right through the evening before the live telecast commences.

Commenting on the initiative, Harshad Jain – Business Head, Radio & Entertainment, HT Media Ltd said: “Football is one of India’s passion and is best lived in Kolkata. With this on ground festival we are aiming to get the fans together at one place and enjoy the game.
