Manchester/IBNS: England captain Ben Stokes won the toss and elected to bowl first in the fourth Test against India in Manchester on Wednesday.

England have introduced one change to their side.

Liam Dawson, a spin bowler, has replaced injured Shoaib Bashir, Stokes said at the toss.

Indian captain Shubman Gill said three changes were introduced to his side.

Sai Sudharsan returned to the squad replacing Karun Nair while Shardul Thakur and Anshul Kamboj replaced injured Akash Deep and Nitish Reddy.

Kamboj, a fast bowler from Haryana, is set for his Test debut.

The match is extremely crucial for India as England are already 2-1 up in the five-match series.

Despite a fight from Ravindra Jadeja and tail-enders, India failed to chase down 190 odd runs on day five in the third Test at Lord's giving away the lead to the hosts in the intense series.
