New Delhi, Oct 31 (IBNS): The goal in the dying minutes of the match against Atletico de Kolkata has seen Delhi Dynamos rise to the top of the table being second only on goal difference.

The success of the team on the field has seen a tremendous rise for tickets for the next few games and specifically for the match against NorthEast United FC on November 3rd 2015, at JLN Stadium, Delhi.

With The Lions playing exceedingly well, the people of Delhi have something to cheer about on the sports field after a long time. The surge in the team’s success has seen a group of football enthusiasts get together to form the first Delhi Dynamos Fan Club – The DDFC Ultras.

During the last match against Chennai, the DDFC Ultras added to the cheer and enthusiasm in the stands and were instrumental in kick starting the first “mobile torch wave” in any sporting venue in India. The Ultras are hard at work in gathering even more support and engaging more people in their efforts to upstage any North East Fans that come for the game on Nov 3.

Commenting on the sale of tickets, Roberto Carlos said, “The team is all geared up for the game and are excited on the prospect at playing in front of our home fans after four away games on the trot. I am looking forward to hearing the chants and songs that the Delhi Dynamos Ultras have prepared.”

Prashant Agarwal, DDFC President said, “The atmosphere in our last home game was electrifying and now with the festival season approaching, I am sure the team on the pitch and the fans in the stands will start our celebrations in advance. It is a great time to be a Delhite.”
