Cricketer Alex Hepburn found guilty of raping sleeping woman

London, Apr 13 (IBNS): Cricketer Alex Hepburn have been found guilty raping a sleeping woman, media reports said.

The ex-Worcestershire player assaulted the victim at his Worcester flat after she had consensual sex with his then teammate Joe Clarke on 1 April 2017, BBC reported.

As per BBC report, prosecutors at Worcester Crown Court said Hepburn "dehumanised" women, rating them in text messages.

The cricketer will be sentenced on Apr 30 at the Hereford Crown Court.

Bailing Hepburn, Judge Jim Tindal was quoted as saying by BBC: "There is only one sentence that can properly be handed down in this case, and a custodial sentence is inevitable."
