BRC Gloster National Billiards & Snooker Championship : Ashutosh hits the first century of tournament

While playing Mandeep Singh of Jammu & Kashmir in the Junior Snooker main round, Ashutosh precisely crafted a break of 103 points before missing out the last black. Ashutosh maintained good placing of the cueball throughout the break. Later he won the match 3-0.

Ashutosh further excelled further and outclassed West Bengal player Mohammed Shoaib 3-0 to enter in pre-quarters.

Having already bagged two national titles, Ishpreet Chadha of Maharashtra was in good touch and finished his Last-32 match with good breaks in the end. He knocked out a worthy player Dikshant Negi of Uttarakhand 3-1.

However, the first frame was close and ended on blackball game but after that Ishpreet was in total control and did not allow Negi to settle down at any stage. Lastly he scored breaks of 41 and 43 to shut the doors of Junior Snooker for Negi.

Earlier, Rohan Sahni, Nikhil Saigal of Maharashtra, Anubhav Shukla (UP), Md. Hussain Khan (MP) and Avinash Kumar (DL) made their way through the qualifier to the main round of the Junior Snooker category.
