Australian Open: Stefanos Tsitsipas maintains golden run, reaches last-four stage

Melbourne, Jan 22 (IBNS): Continuing his golden run in the ongoing Australian Open, Stefanos Tsitsipas beat Spain's Roberto Bautista Agut to reach the last four stage of the tournament here.

At 20 years and 168 days, Tsitsipas has become another young player to reach the last-four stage of a Grand Slam event.

The Greek 14th seed clinched the match by beating his opposition 7-5 4-6 6-4 7-6 (7-2).

The match lasted for three hours and 15 minutes.

In the next round, he will face either Spanish 2009 champion Rafael Nadal or unseeded American Frances Tiafoe.
