Chandigarh, Mar 25 (IBNS): Shane Watson (44*) and Steve Smith (61*) put up 74 runs stand to post 193 runs for the loss of four wickets on the scoreboard against Pakistan in a crucial ICC World T20 match here on Friday.

The duo played some charismatic shots in their fifth wicket partnership against Shahid Afridi-led team's bowlers to post a competitive total on the scoreboard.

Smith hammered seven boundaries in his 43-ball innings.

In his 21-ball knock, Watson smashed four boundaries and three sixes.

Wahab Riaz and Imad Wasim took two wickets for Pakistan.
