Asian Games 2023: India grab historic equestrian gold, end 41 years wait

India won the third gold medal in the ongoing Asian Games and that too in a segment where the country achieved the top podium finish after a gap of 41 years- Equestrian Dressage Team Event.

Anush Agarwalla, Hriday Chheda, Divyakriti Singh, Sudipti Hajela and their respective horses combined to score 209.205 which helped the tea in winning the gold medal in the event.

Raghubir Singh had won gold in eventing individual in 1982.

SAI Media wrote on X: "After 41 long years, Team clinchesin Dressage Team Event at #AsianGames2022."
