Andy Murray beats Albert Ramos-Viñolas to reach Barcelona Open semis

Barcelona, Apr 29 (IBNS): Scot Andy Murray has defeated Spaniard Albert Ramos-Viñolas to cruise to the semi-finals of the Barcelona Open tennis tournament.

Murray defeated his opponent 2-6 6-4 7-6 (7-4).

The match lasted for two hours 59 minutes.

The Scot will now face Austria's Dominic Thiem in the semi-finals clash of the tournament.

Spanish Rafael Nadal also reached semi-finals by registering 7-6 (7-1) 6-2 win over Korean qualifier Hyeon Chung.
