Afghanistan win toss opt to bat first against India in Asia Cup super four clash, Dhoni leading Men in Blue

Dubai, Sept 25 (IBNS): Afghanistan won the toss and opted to bat first in an Asia Cup Super Four stage match of the tournament against India here on Tuesday.

Surprising many fans and leaving them happy, former India captain MS Dhoni walked down the park for the toss this evening.

Dhoni is leading the side to accommodate all the reserve players in the XI in this dead rubber. 

Rohit Sharma is leading the Indian side in the tournament in the absence of regular skipper Virat Kohli.

Kohli has been rested for the Asia Cup.

India have already reached the final of the tournament.

Dhoni is captaining the side for the 200th time in ODI cricket.

Rohit, Dhawan, Chahal, Bhuvi and Bumrah have been rested in the match.

They have been replaced by Khaleel, Chahar, Kaul, Rahul and Manish.
