Mumbai, Oct 29 (IBNS) Tamil director Lingusamy, who shot to fame with his Tamil blockbuster Paiyaa, is all set for his big Bollywood break with the remake of his movie and have roped in actor Vidyut Jammwal for his upcoming project.

Jammwal who made his debut in 2011 with Force , enticed cine-goers with his chiseled features and upped the ante with some daredevil stunts in his next, the 2013 released Commando.

Lingusamy had previously worked with Jammwal in Anjaan, his latest movie and the two struck a chord.

A source close to the director said, "Lingusamy previously worked with Vidyut in Anjaan, his last Tamil film. The two got along really well and developed a very great equation. Lingusamy always saw Vidyut as a complete star - the looks, the acting  chops and his unparalleled action abilities. So it was only a matter of time before he decided to work with Vidyut again."

Lingusamy recently visited Mumbai to finalise his project with the producer and Jammwal. The team is on the hunt to scout for the female lead.

Jammwal, who is busy shooting for Tigmanshu Dhulia's Yaara, confirmed about his commitment.
