Sajid Nadiadwala felicitated by Consul General of Italy

Mumbai, Apr 8 (IBNS): Producer Sajid Nadiadwala, President of the The Indian Film and TV Producers Council (IFTPC), who has also given us a series of blockbuster hits like Kick, was recently felicitated by Ugo Ciarlatani, the Consul General of Italy for his irreplaceable contribution and commitment towards celebrating Italy through his movies.

The filmmaker is known for selecting the most picturesque locations in the world, with Kick going to Poland and Tamasha visiting everything from Corsica to Delhi to Tokyo.

On the occasion of a preview of EXPO Milano 2015, the Consulate General of Italy in Mumbai, together with the Indo-Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Italian Institute of Culture and ENIT — Italian Tourist Board — hosted an exclusive evening entitled 'Celebrating EXPO with International Stars' last week.

The evening was aimed at discovering Italy through the expo as well as enjoying authentic Italian food.

Ugo Ciarlatani (Consul General of Italy in Mumbai), Narinder K Nayar (President, The Indo-Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry) and Salvatore Ianniello (ENIT, Mumbai) were present at the event.

Other guests present for the felicitation were Warda Nadiadwala, Jacqueline Fernandez, Tiger Shroff, Kabir Bedi, Pooja Batra, Vidya Malvade, Aarti and Kailash Surendranath, Ashwini Kakkar and Jackie and Ayesha Shroff.
