Saandesh Nayak's real life wedding inspired the movie ‘Love Shagun

Mumbai, Feb 16 (IBNS) The director of upcoming Bollywood movie ‘Love Shagun’, Saandesh Nayak got married to his now wife and producer of the film Isha Nayak in a traditional way in Mumbai on Feb 15.

But Isha being a hardcore “Yash Raj” fan wanted something more extravagant and dramatic. So Saandesh flew his close friends and family to Goa for three days, for a filmy style Catholic wedding.

On their wedding anniversary, Saandesh recalls, "We got married in both traditional and catholic style. Our catholic wedding was in Goa with my close friends and family. We spent our first night in Goa on a house boat, and it is here that I decided that whenever I make a movie it will definitely be in Goa.”

His wish came true through Love Shagun, which is shot mostly in Goa, and the same house boat has been used in a romantic number, “Saathiya” in the movie.

The film slated to release on Feb 26.
