Kolkata, Apr 27 (IBNS): Tollywood actor-filmmaker Parambrata Chatterjee donned the hat of a chef to shed light about burning calories at a unique cookery show of a popular TV channel.
"Yes, I am a foodie," was all that the Chotuskone actor would say as the shutterbugs scrambled to catch him in the new look where he turned up only to add up to the celebrity quotient of 'Ebar Jalsha Rannaghar-E launch', a unique cookery show rolled out by the premier channel.

The celebrity anchor of the show Arunima Ghosh, having got critical acclaims in Bonkubabu and Nayika Sangbad, said, “Cooking can be a refreshing experience and I get to know that again."

Director Siladitya Sanyal said while Arunima is the ‘celeb anchor’ she will be joined by ‘two unique guests’ on regular basis - the guests being ‘characters’ from ‘Jalsa’s Serials’.

"A unique recipe will be taught and prepared in the show where the cooking will be mainly done by the elder member of Jalsa’s Paribar. The anchor will steer the TV audience through ‘hurdles’ and pepper the chit chat with topics from the story tracks from serials," Siladitya said.

The Non-fiction reality show will be telecast from May 3 to May 15 on every Sunday evening.
