Kolkata/Dhaka/IBNS: Noten Indian film director Srijit Mukherjee tied the knot with Bangladeshi actress Rafiath Rashid Mithila on Friday.

Srijit shared an image with his wife on Twitter on Friday.

He captioned the image as: "Shoi."

Srijit is known for directing several Box Office hit movies like  Autograph, Begum Jaan,  Ek Je Chhilo Raja and Zulfiqar.

Wishing the couple, actor Koel Mallick tweeted: " Congratulations!!!!! Wishing you a blissful togetherness forever!!!!"

Actress Paoli said: " Congratulations.. wish you both a happy married life."
