Look back in wonder: Ekta Kapoor shares first video of Sushant's TV show debut

Mumbai: When the nation is eagerly waiting to know why actor Sushant Singh Rajput committed suicide, filmmaker Ekta Kapoor shared  the first-ever scene shot by him for his debut television show.

The late actor was  first seen in the show Kis Desh Mein Hai Meraa Dil.

In the scene, he could be seen making a heroic entry as Preet Juneja.

Ekta captioned the video as: "Lots of people were asking me about Sushant’s first scene... this was the first scene we shot with him. This was his 1st scene on Television which went on-air in a show called ‘Kis Des Mein Hai Mera Dil’."

"He was the 2nd lead in that show, but we knew he was meant for greater things and he went and did just that," she said.

"Lots of love, peace and prayers for this beautiful, beautiful piece of light and shining soul," she said.

Sushant worked in several Bollywood movies like Raabta and Kedarnath.

His last movie was Dil Bechara.

It was released some weeks ago on an online streaming platform.
