Kriti Sanon wraps up Italy leg of Cocktail 2 shoot, sums up her work trip in an Instagram post
Mumbai/IBNS: Bollywood actress Kriti Sanon on Friday dropped a new set of pictures from Sicily as she and her colleagues wrapped up a part of their shooting for Homi Adajania's Cocktail 2.
Kriti posed with the director and several team members to bid adieu to Italy where she along with her co-stars Shahid Kapoor and Rashmika Mandanna were shooting.
In the pictures, Kriti is seen having a doughnut and having some fun on the Italian island.
She wrote in the caption, "Ciao my Bellas! And just like that we’ve wrapped #TheSicilianChapter of #Cocktail2 ! Sunshine, rain and ending with a beautiful Rainbow."
The plot of Cocktail 2, which is a spiritual sequel to the 2012 film Cocktail, is expected to follow themes of love, friendship, emotional dynamics in a modern urban-romance style, similar to the first film.
The plot details are however mostly under wraps.
The film is written by Luv Ranjan and produced by Maddock Films.
The makers aim for a theatrical release in the second half of 2026.
Cocktail, which was also directed by Homi Adajania, starred Saif Ali Khan, Deepika Padukone and Diana Penty in the lead.
