Filming of Bhumi Pednekar starrer Durgavati begins

Mumbai/IBNS: Filming of actress Bhumi Pednekar starrer Hindi film Durgavati began on Thursday.

The film has been titled after the lead character which will be portrayed by Pednekar herself.

Pednekar took to Twitter to inform her fans about the commencement of the shooting. "With her blessings we start #Durgavati Need all your support and love as I start the most special film of my career. @akshaykumar sir I am ready to stand tall and strong :)" tweeted the actress.

Replying to her Saand Ki Aankh co-star, actress Taapsee Pannu said, "Go for it sister."

Durgavati will be directed by Ashok, produced by Vikram Malhotra and presented by Cape Of Good Films and TSeries.
