Dev wraps up first shoot schedule of Raghu Dakat

Kolkata/IBNS: Bengali film superstar Dev has wrapped up his first shoot schedule of his upcoming film Raghu Dakat.

Directed by Dhrubo Banerjee, the film also features Anirban Bhattacharya, Sohini Sarkar, Idhika Paul, Roopa Ganguly in key roles.

"And that’s a wrap for the first schedule of RAGHU DAKAT More challenges, more excitement ahead! Are you ready?," posted Dev on X.

Also written by Dhrubo Banerjee, Raghu Dakat narrates the mythical tale of a savior who emerged during the 18th century, a period of great turmoil and unrest.

Dev, whose last film Khadaan was a massive success, had earlier collaborated with Dhrubo Banerjee for Golondaaj.

The 42-year-old actor played Father of Indian Football Nagendra Prasad Sarbadhikari in the 2021 film.

Raghu Dakat is set to release on the occasion of Durga Puja this year.

The film is produced jointly by SVF Entertainment and Dev Entertainment Ventures.
