'Could date night get any better?': Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha enjoy longest-ever French Open final

| @indiablooms | Jun 09, 2025, at 03:05 pm

Paris/IBNS: Apart from being the longest-ever French Open final, the match between Carlos Alcaraz and Jannik Sinner in the Roland Garros served as a perfect date to Bollywood actress Parineet Chopra and her husband, Aam Aadmi Party MP Raghav Chadha.

Parineeti shared a number of pictures from the Roland Garros 2025 men's singles final on her Instagram handle.

While Raghav wore a grey suit, pink shirt and a tie, Parineeti looked classy in a white outfit.

The couple held hand-in-hand as they watched a spectacular final which went on for over five hours.

The 'Amar Singh Chamkila' actress captioned the post saying, "The French open final, Paris and him.. Could date night get any better?  @raghavchadha88

"But ooof what a match! 5.30 hours of sitting on chairs tired us, but not these champions! Truly a match of equals. Alacaraz - you won last year too when I watched you at Wimbledon, I think I have something to do with it? Chalo you can add me to your speech, no problem."

Carlos Alcaraz defeats Jannik Sinner in Roland Garros final

Spanish tennis icon and defending champion Carlos Alcaraz scripted a memorable comeback from early setbacks to win the longest-ever French Open men's single final in Paris on Sunday.

It was indeed a treat for the viewers on a relaxing Sunday when Alcaraz, who went down in the initial two sets, came back harder to beat Italian Jannik Sinner.

Sinner, the current World Number 1 men's tennis player, took control of the first two sets, 6-4 and 7-6, of the Roland Garros final.

Here comes Alcaraz, who won the third and fourth sets 6-4 and 7-6 respectively.

After the fifth set went for a tie-breaker, the Spaniard clinched it 10-2 and then came the moment when he sealed the match with the final set win, 7-6.
