Mumbai, Nov 14 (IBNS): Bollywood actor Aamir Khan and director Rajkumar Hirani are having a good laugh over the stories and rumours doing the rounds about their upcoming film P.K., an official statement said.

Almost every other week new stories about P.K. surface. As and when content from the film is released, people come up with new ideas on what the film could be about.

Some of the rumours doing the rounds are that Aamir plays a drunkard in the film, others suggest that he is an alien while yet others say that Aamir is essaying the role of a mentally challenged person.

There were even reports claiming that the film’s first poster is a copy of another poster released in 1973.

In fact, Raju Hirani has even been told that P.K. is very similar to other films, namely Christopher Nolan’s Inception, and Kevin Spacey starrer K-PAX.

Rajkumar Hirani and Aamir Khan are amused at these stories and in fact enjoy reading them.

There is a lot of intrigue around the film and they wish to build the anticipation around it. They have kept the content under wraps as they want people to enjoy the film in its entirety.
