New Delhi: The G20 dinner hosted by President Droupadi Murmu on Saturday night was attended by chief ministers of several states, including Bihar's Nitish Kumar, Jharkhand's Hemant Soren, and West Bengal's Mamata Banerjee, media reports said.

The CMs of the Opposition parties, who also attended the dinner, included AAP leaders and chief ministers Arvind Kejriwal and Bhagwant Mann, Jharkhand CM Hemant Soren, Bihar CM and JD(U) supremo Nitish Kumar, Tamil Nadu CM and and DMK chief M K Stalin.

Former Prime Ministers Manmohan Singh and H D Deve Gowda also gave the dinner a miss, citing poor health.

Chief ministers of the BJP-ruled states—Haryana CM Manohar Lal Khattar, Assam CM Hemant Biswa, and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath—were also present at the dinner hosted by President Murmu.

Union Home Minister Amit Shah in the pictures was seen dining with Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.

Kerala CM Pinarayi Vijayan kept himself away from the G20 dinner and did not cite citing any reason for the same.
