WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram down for several users across the globe

New Delhi, Apr 14 (IBNS): Several netizens on Sunday said they were facing issues with WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram.

All the three are regularly used by people across the globe.

Downdetector website said: "Whatsapp is having issues."

The website said Facebook and Instagram were also facing 'problem'.

As per the website, Facebook started facing troubles since 16:26.

Several netizens also posted messages on Twitter about the troubles they are facing with the social media and messaging platforms.

Internet observatory Net Blocks said: " Update: Global Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and Messenger reachability has fallen further with 80% now unable to connect worldwide; see current breakdown of impact by country #FacebookDown ."

One Mahtab Khan posted: "The whole world is in panic condition that insta, fb, and whatsapp not working
#instagramdown #FacebookDown #whatsappdown ."

Ahmed Ramadan, another netizen, tweeted: "The server at http://www.facebook.com  is taking too long to respond. #FacebookDown."
