What Pakistan couldn't do it 70 years, Modi has done in 4.5: Arvind Kejriwal at Brigade rally in Kolkata

Kolkata, Jan 19 (IBNS): Delhi chief minister and Aam Aadmi Party supremo Arvind Kejriwal on Saturday said the BJP, in it's 4.5 years of rule, had managed to do what Pakistan couldn't in the 70 years since India's Independence.

Speaking at the Brigade ground in Kolkata at the Mamata Banerjee-organised United India Rally against the BJP, Kejriwal said: "“They have turned Hindus against Muslims, Muslims against Christians. If they return to power, the country will disintegrate.”

In a passionate speech, the Delhi CM said he was ashamed the his country's PM followed people on Twitter who make derogatory statements about women and Dalits.

“I ashamed that the Prime Minister of my country follows people on Twitter who abuse women, Dalits or make hate speeches,” he said.

Urging those present at the meeting to do everything in their power to ensure a new government at the Centre, he said: "Do whatever you can but ensure that the BJP does not return to power."

Arvind Kejriwal has promised to hold a similar rally in Delhi.
