WB: Fake PMO website busted, mastermind arrested

New Delhi/Kolkata, Jan 18 (IBNS): The Delhi Police Crime Branch has busted a fake Prime Minister's Office (PMO) website, reports said on Sunday.

The police have arrested the owner of the website Sudipta Chatterjee from Howrah district in West Bengal.

Sudipta Chatterjee and his racket were reportedly managing the fake website named "Pradhan Mantri Adarsh Yojana" from Howrah district.

In the pretext of providing government loans to people, Sudipta Chatterjee used to cheat people through the website, reports said.

Accoridng to reports, Chatterjee also employed 17 tele-callers to contact prospective clients.
