Uttar Pradesh: Nurse found dead in Deoria

Deoria/UNI: A staff nurse was found dead in her house in Tarkulwa area here late on Monday night, police sources said on Tuesday.

As per the sources, the nurse, identified as Khusbu Lodhi, hailing from Poonch in Jhansi, was working as a staff nurse at Community Health Center (CHC) of Tarkulwa.

She was living with her eight-year-old son in a government quarter of the health department.

When her son woke up in the middle of the night, he found her mother hanging from a fan, sources said.

She was keeping ill since couple of days, sources added.

Police have sent the body for post-mortem and investigations are underway.
