UP: 4 die as car collides with truck

Muzaffarnagar/UNI: Four people died when a car overturned after colliding with a truck in Mansoorpur area of Muzaffarnagar district in Uttar Pradesh on Monday, police said.

Police officer Mahavir Singh said the incident occurred when the car, in a bid to save a pedestrian, collided with the truck and overturned after hitting the divider.

"Four people travelling in the car died, two on the spot," he said.

The victims were identified as Kuldeep Prasad Mishra, Manish Singhal, Aman Gautam and Dinesh Yadav.
