Chandigarh/IBNS: Jananayak Janta Party(JJP) leader Dushyant Chautala on Friday said that "something positive" might come out today in connection with the formation of the next government in Haryana.

According to Times Now, Chaultala might meet BJP President and Home Minister Amit Shah today.

The JJP leader refuted all reports that said JJP demanded three ministerial berths in the government as a condition to offer its support for a BJP led government and said his party would coalesce with the party which is ready to work on the basis of Common Minimum Programme for the development of Haryana.

Meanwhile, BJP had to face intense criticism after Haryana Lokhit Party leader Gopal Kanda declared his "unconditional" support to BJP, which is six short of the majority with 40 seats in the hung Assembly.

Kanda, who is reportedly the main accused in a case of abatement of suicide, said he was supporting a BJP government as the country was making progress under the leadership of Narendra Modi, according to Times Now report.

He went on to say there were no cases against him and all the parties had approached him to explore the possibilities of government formation, the report added.
