Shiv Sena candidate Dhairyasheel Mane files nomination papers

Kolhapur, Mar 29 (UNI) Shiv Sena's candidate Dhairyasheel Sambhaji Mane on Friday filed his nomination papers for the Hatkanangale seat in accordance with the 17th Lok Sabha polls.

Accompanied by the Maharashtra Revenue Minister Chandrakant Patil, Dhairyasheel Mane completed his pre-electoral formalities before the Election Officer Nandkumar Katkar.


Mane is the son of the Nationalist Congress Party and erstwhile MP Nivedita Mane.


Other than Mane, three more solo candidates - Vidhyadhar Devappa Aitwade, Sandeep Gundogan Sankalp and Paresh Dattatraya Bhosale - filed their nomination papers on Friday.


Vidhyadhar will contest polls from the Hatkanangale seat whereas Sandeep and Paresh will enter the electoral fray from the Kolhapur seat.
