Sanjay Raut meets Rahul Gandhi, discusses Maharashtra and national politics

Mumbai/UNI: Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut met Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Monday and discussed the political scene in Maharashtra as well as national politics.

In a tweet, Raut said Gandhi expressed satisfaction over the work of Maharashtra government and also showed interest in knowing about the growth and functioning of Shiv Sena.

"Met Shri Rahul Gandhi Today and discussed the political scene in Maharashtra as well as national politics at length. He expressed satisfaction over the work of Maharashtra Govt. He also showed keen interest in knowing about the growth and functioning of Shivsena," Raut tweeted.

Notably, Gandhi met opposition leaders over breakfast this morning in view of both houses of Parliament witnessing stalemate over Pegasus snooping controversy, farm laws and other issues.
