Samajwadi MLA men beat up toll plaza employees

Lucknow, Nov 22 (IBNS): An Uttar Pradesh legislator from the ruling Samajwadi Party has been captured on CCTV assaulting toll plaza employees on Friday morning, said media reports.

The incident occurred in Barabanki district of UP in Faizabad division at around 11 am at the Ahmadpur toll booth. The MLA in question is Abhay Singh.

The assault followed after the Scorpio vehicle in which  Gosainganj MLA Abhay Singh was travelling had entered in a wrong lane leading to a quarrel with toll personnel and when the supporters of Singh beat up the toll plaza employees badly.

The entire incident was caught on a CCTV camera.

According to media reports quoting one Kuldeep Singh, who works at the toll, two employees were beaten up badly, one was badly injured.
